Mars 2-D/3-D, the ultimate multiphase areal remediation simulator model, models flow of water and light nonaqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) and aqueous phase transport of up to
five species in ground water with multiple pumping and/or injection wells. MARS
is a finite-element model that allows accurate representation of highly-irregular material and physical boundaries in a heterogeneous and anisotropic media.
