Instructions for Installing the Visual MODFLOW Demo Program

This demonstration program is a fully-functional version of Visual MODFLOW 
with the exception that it is not able to run a MODFLOW, MODPATH or MT3D 
analysis. It allows you to build all the input files necessary to 
perform a groundwater flow and contaminant transport simulation, and it 
provides you with a complete set of output files for examining the results of 
a groundwater flow and contaminant transport simulation.

Note: You will need at least 8 Mb of extended RAM (in excess of the operating 
system requirements) and 15 Mb of hard disk space available to run this example.  
Make sure your machine meets these requirements before proceeding.  

Unzip file Vismod.zip. To install the demo, simply run SETUP32.EXE by 
double-clicking on the file or by selecting START-RUN-[C:\TEMP\SETUP32.EXE]-OK.

Note: Just press <Enter> when the installation program prompts you to insert 
another diskette.

guide you through some of the steps necessary to build the model input files 
and examine the output.
